Payment

Payment for your online order can be made through iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, Paypal, Afterpay (only in the Netherlands & Belgium), MisterCash, GiroPay.

Delivery time

All products are in stock unless otherwise stated. Orders placed and paid with iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, Paypal or Afterpay are usually shipped within 2 working days. Delivery time for orders within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 working days. We ship within the Netherlands with DHL. If you have not received anything within 3 days, please email webshop@klevering.nl and we will find out where your parcel is. Orders for shipping within and outside Europe are also processed immediately. Depending on the carrier, the delivery time in Europe is 2 to 7 working days and outside Europe 5 to 14 working days. Shipments abroad are sent with DPD.

Shipping

Shipping costs for parcels within the Netherlands are € 5,95. For orders above €75.00, we do not charge shipping costs in the Netherlands. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands differ per country. We are always looking for the best prices. The exact price will be displayed at the end of the ordering process.

DAMAGE If something happened to your package during shipping and the package is broken or damaged, please send us a photo to webshop@klevering.nl so we can fix it immediately.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchase to us within 14 days. PLEASE NOTE! You are only eligible for a refund if the returns are unused in the original undamaged packaging, the return must be received by us undamaged in everything.

Please add a note stating the reason for the return along with your client number/order number.

After receiving the returns, we will check the products and you will receive the money in your account within 5 working days, including the shipping costs of your order. The costs for returns are for the buyer. If you are returning a more expensive product, we advise you to send the parcel insured, because broken returned products will not be refunded.
